The Steering Committee will be discussing the Planning Framework Map which serves as the visual framework for targeted geographic recommendations and guidelines.

Other discussions will include final preparations of the vision and goals to be posted for public review. The draft vision and goals have been framed in accordance with information collected to date and input provided by the community. The discussion will also include potential objectives and actions that may be necessary to achieve the desired goals for the city. Objectives will also be available for public review. 

Attached with this memo you will find a series of documents that we would like you to review prior to our meeting on December 22nd. The attachments include:

Please take a few minutes over the next week to review the materials and make notes. We want to discuss your ideas about the Vision and Goals and then give you another opportunity to rank the goals after the discussion.
