We will be meeting next Monday December 17 at the Highland County Administration Building at 4:00 P.M..  We want to use the time with you to discuss the vision and goals and get your thoughts about what the priorities should be as well as starting to generate ideas about how the city might reach these goals. 

Attached with this memo you will find a series of documents that we would like you to review prior to our meeting on December 17^th. The attachments include:

Please take a few minutes over the next week to review the materials and make notes. We want to discuss your ideas about the Vision and Goals and then give you another opportunity to rank the goals after the discussion.
