City Council: The Hillsboro City Council meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillsboro Municipal Court located at 130 Homestead Drive, Hillsboro. The October 2017 meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the same location.

Hillsboro Planning Commission: The Hillsboro Planning Commission meets on the third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Hillsboro Firehouse Community Room located at 204 North East Street, Hillsboro.

Design Review Board: The Design Review Board meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 8:45 a.m. in the Times Gazette Media Room located at 108 Governor Trimble Place, Hillsboro,

Revolving Loan Fund Committee: The Revolving Loan Fund Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the City of Hillsboro Conference Room located at 130 North High Street, Hillsboro.
