Water Treatment
The City of Hillsboro Water Treatment Plant is a Class 3, 1.5 MGD surface water treatment plant.
The City of Hillsboro's water comes entirely from surface sources. These sources include Clear Creek, the Selph Road reservoir, and the Liberty Park reservoir. The Water Treatment Plant has a current, unconditioned license to operate our water system.
