Welcome to the City of Hillsboro Water & Sewer Billing Office

The office includes a manager, two clerks and a meter reader. The office is available to take payments, assist with billing questions, establishing new service, or stop service at an existing address.

Hillsboro Public Utilities Billing Office is responsible for approximately 3,000 customer accounts. Including meter readings, meter re-reads, account billing, account collection, service initiation, service transfer, and service termination.

In order to get a one time a year pool fill adjustment on the sewer side of your bill you must get the beginning and ending reads of your meter. No adjustment will be given if less than 300 cubic feet is used
