Hi! My name is Amber Snow and I am your main contact for the Building Department. I am a lifelong resident of Highland County and am excited to be working in the city of Hillsboro. My position has various roles, one of my favorites being the Building Department. I am the person you submit your application to, call for inspections and everything in between!
