Accepting Sealed Bids - Waste Collection
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CITY OF HILLSBORO, OHIO
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hillsboro, Highland County, Ohio, 130 North High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 until 10:00 AM on July 31, 2024 for:
COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY SOLID WASTE.
Bids shall be in accordance with specifications on file and shall be submitted on the forms available in the Office of the Safety and Service Director. Bid packets may be picked up at the Municipal Building. Each bid must be marked:
BID FOR COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY SOLID WASTE.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract document. Contract award is subject to council approval.
