PUBLIC NOTICE
ACCEPTING BIDS FOR DEMOLITION
The City of Hillsboro is accepting sealed bids for the demolition of the following parcels: Parcel No. 25-25-001-048.00, Parcel No. 25-25-001-049.00, Parcel No. 25-25-001-050.00, Parcel No. 25-25-001-051.00, Parcel No. 25-25-001-052.00, Parcel No. 25-25-001-053.00
Sealed bids must be submitted to City Administration at 130 N High Street Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 no later than Friday May 9, 2025 at 9:00am. at which time they will be opened and publicly real aloud. Bidding documents may be obtained Monday through Friday, beginning April 23, 2025, between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm at City Hall, located at 130 N High Street Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. Contractors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding demolition and site remediation. Proof of insurance and necessary certifications must be provided with the bid submission. Electronic submittals will not be accepted. Sealed bids shall state on the outside of the envelope the company’s name and address and “BID FOR DEMOLITION – CITY OF HILLSBORO” The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
