Accepting Sealed Bids - Resurfacing Railroad Street Park
The City of Hillsboro is requesting SEALED BIDS from qualified firms to resurface approximately 29,000 square feet in the asphalt base at the tennis courts located at Railroad Street Park as well as resurface approximately 9,900 square feet of the basketball courts located at Railroad Street Park. Sealed bids will be received until 9:00 AM local time, Friday, May 12, 2023, at the Municipal Building, 130 North High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Electronic submittals will not be accepted. Bidders must provide a copy of liability insurance. Sealed proposals shall state on the outside of the envelope the company's name and address and “BID PROPOSAL RAILROAD STREET TENNIS / BASKETBALL COURTS RESURFACING”.
