NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hillsboro City Council will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2024, at 6:30 PM, at 130 N High 
Street Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. The purpose of the hearing is to review legislation on a proposed Tax 
Increment Financing Incentive (TIF) District which will affect certain parcels of property near Fairgrounds 
Road and Pea Ridge Road, and to allow for public comment. Details of the proposed TIF District are
