A special Hillsboro City Council meeting will be held January 31, 2024 at 7 p.m. at 130 Homestead Ave., Hillsboro. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss items on the agenda published for the regularly scheduled council meeting on January 11, 2024, an additional appropriation, two amended pieces of legislation from 2023 and review a liquor permit.
