Public Works

The Public Works Department’s purpose is to develop and maintain the City’s infrastructure, buildings, and grounds.

The Public Works Department operates in partnership with the community to develop and maintain its publicly-owned physical assets. The Public Works Department performs community enhancement and preservation functions, such as maintenance of sewer, streets, parks, transportation, and water systems.  

City of Hillsboro Leaf pick up will begin October 30, 2023.
