City Permits
Instructions:
Each of the online forms requires Adobe®
Acrobat® Reader™ 3.0 or later for viewing and printing. Please
download and fill out the appropriate form and forward it to the
Office of the Mayor, 130 N. High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio for
approval.
Please note, that in order to obtain
certain types of permit, the applicant must read and understand
the applicable city ordinance governing the permit sought.
